So I am thrilled with the Combantrin anti-parasitic over the counter pills(Shoppers Drug Mart)…I took 8 last night & feel so much better both mentally & physically…I rubbed the Nix anti-scabies cream on the back of my neck & behind my ears & finally my mind is eased that I don’t have creepy crawlies living under my skin…I trimmed my hair again, & am happy with my short short do-it yourself haircut, & my new technique of grab a piece of hair, twirl & twirl , then cut, leaving a nice feathered edge…I have noticed that when I smoke cigarettes, I don’t drink as much Red Rose tea, in fact, not at all…So I am going to force myself to drink the tea on purpose, to un-addict myself again from the cigarettes…(Though I am happy DuMaurier stood by my side in my time of need)…I am now positing that it is the copper in the cigarettes (the tobacco), & the copper in the tea, that eradicates the bugs…I also know that the copper in some ways can induce hypoxia, so to be careful in my measure…I am now going to watch our bengal ladies, to see if any eggs or bugs turn up in their poop…Let us pray no…
If the Combantrin is (one pill)125 mg., & smoking two packs of cigarettes is the equivalent to that in terms of nicotine(assuming you only smoke halfway sometimes or don’t inhale much), then taking the pills is much easier & safer insofar as there is less of a fire hazard, the medicine goes straight to you bloodstream for sure, & you are not creating a fog of hypoxia inducing nicotine for others in your dwelling…
Our lady bengals (intact) got 1/2 a pill each in half a can of wet food each…(Nutram chicken entree urinary is delicious for this)…I split one pill with a pill splitter (cheap at any drugstore), & crushed the halves with the back of a spoon on a plate since I seem to have misplaced my mortar & pestle…I also explained to both what the stuff in their food was for, & they both ate with intelligence…(They are 6 & 3 months & 6 & 6 months old…) The copper content of the nicotine should help their spleen to rid itself of bug eggs…If there be any in their tummies…(I looked at B’Elanna’s poop under a magnifying glass, but wasn’t sure if I saw a nit or if it was just their food, but I decided to err on the safe side & gave them some medicine anyway…) The recommended dosage of Combatrin is 1 pill for under 25 lbs. human, so half a pill is for 12.5 lbs human, & they don’t eat the full half ’cause they usually pick around medicine in their food by habit, so they will get a tiny amount, but enough for me to watch & see any reactions & help them internally kill any eggs or bugs if there are any present…I am staying home to monitor them anyways…
